Crown Full size 5 Piece Set Woodturning Set Wood Lathe Wood Turning Chisels

Description

Nearly new and resharpened, a set 5 piece of Crown wood turning chisels with Beechwood handles and heavy duty brass ferrules. HSS testing to Rockwell 62/64. Crown Hand Tools Ltd, Sheffield, England. The tool steels are tight in the handles and the ferrules are tight with no cracks. The pictured box is not included so I can keep the shipping cost down.
The set includes:
3/4" roughing gouge
3/8" spindle gouge
1/4" parting tool
1/2" round nose scraper
1/2" skew chisel.

A Note on Shipping Times:
I use the USPS for all my shipping. I’ve been checking the tracking on the items I’ve shipped and the USPS is taking twice as long for items to be delivered. The longest delay was 17 days for a 3-day priority mail package. Most are 6 to 8 days to complete the delivery. This is largely due to the carriers not scanning the packages when they pick them up. No scan, No tracking, slow delivery times.
