DONALD DUCK AND JOE  CARIOCA  THREE CABALLEROS  COOKIE JAR  1940'S LEEDS  DISNEY.  Marked on the bottom w/ the Disney copyright
Vintage turnabout cookie jar in good displayable condition.  It shows its age. Much of Leeds Disney line was paint over glaze, so paint is often worn or even completely missing. This one has paint loss but  quite a bit is still intact.  It needs a cleaning but clean with care. DO NOT SCRUB.  This one has crazing. Some of the crazing has soiling worked into it, so it appears like a crack as some soiling filled in a couple heavier crazing lines.  But there are no true cracks to the ceramic.  Just crazing and quite a bit of it. There are also a few dark spots that may look like glaze chips. While there is some surface wear, there are no big pieces out. There are a few spots where the glaze did not adhere, and there are some small pock marks from firing bubbles, which are typical.  So expect to see a large ceramic cookie jar with general wear for its age. It is not perfect, but it is not damaged. Please be sure to ask questions. International buyers please inquire before purchase. This is a large and heavy item.
