    This is a used micro-ohmmeter in great condition with very minor scuffs and scratches from normal use and storage. We have tested this unit to power up only as we do not have the means or knowledge to fully and properly test it. We are however very confident that this is a great working unit and will function properly. We do not know if this unit needs calibrated but we are assuming that it does.
    Unfortunately when we received this unit it didn't come with any test leads, cables or a manual. We are offering free shipping to the contiguous 48 states.
