    An essential step for creating beautiful turned pen project is squaring the ends of the pen blank to provide a perfect, gap free mating surface between pen parts and the blank. The pilot cutter shaft can help to remove excess glue from inside the pen tube that can interfere with assembly. The cutting head is also significantly larger than any others on the market, the post has a 3-flat design that gives you a very positive lock when you fits it into your drill chuck. That will give you enough torque to drive the cutter head trim the 3/4"square pen blank completely. The 60009 Pen Turning Carbide Pen Mill Set is the ideal tools for the serious pen makers and help to give the best display your craftsmanship.
    Never Needs Sharpening
    If the cutting edge should ever become damaged or dull, all you have to do is rotate the cutter head for a clean, fresh sharp edge and continue turning the ends of the pen blank to provide a perfect, gap free mating surface between pen parts and the blank.
    Germany Nano-grain Powder
    The cutter is made by 0.6um Nano-grain powder from Germany with 10% Cobalt, give you long life sharp edge without compromise. Especially easy for hard woods and resin wood turning.
    Significantly Larger Cutter Head

    Eliminates the hassle of set screws and allen keys, the pilot cutter shaft & carbide cutters can be tightened with Star socket screw by ergonomic T15 Star wrench without round out problem.
