I am listing this as "open box" because it appears as if this was never used.  The original bottle of fluid is full.  When plugged in and turned on, it definitely sounds like a canister vacuum, it has not been tested any further.  I am noticing that the "waste tray" is missing.  One of these could easily be fashioned with some aluminum foil or designed if you have a 3D printer.
I have done my best to test and determine the functionality of this unit.
I am an electronics technician who got out of the repair game when the shop I was working at closed down permanently due to CV19.  At this point I can properly test used gear but have no space nor desire to get down to the component level of servicing anymore.  I would rather move as is gear than spend time repairing and then hoping I can get a return on my efforts.
I have described all flaws or operating issues that I was able to witness.
Additional issues may present themselves as the gear heats up, as I only run the gear momentarily for testing purposes.
